More than 70% of the business for moulded components and extruded rubber components comes from such customers with whom VNM has been working for more than 3--15 years. the company received special recognition from its customer for developing import substitute products. VNM has started exports of moulded components and extruded rubber components to the US & European countries in past two years and targets to build exports volume, specially focusing on metal bonded components (engine mountings) & special application components.
The sales turnover in the year 2003-2004, was in excess of Rs.110 million.
VNM has been promoted by two professionally qualified engineers with rich experience in automobile and auto components industries. The first manufacturing plant of VNM was established in 1987 at Faridabad and the second plant was commissioned in 1998 at Gurgaon in the state of HARYANA (INDIA). It is an ideal location situated around 30 km from New Delhi, the Capital of India, and within 15 km of International Airport. The region is a very important cluster of the automobile industry in India with some of the important Auto Companies like Suzuki Motors, Hero Honda, Honda Scooters & Motorcycles, Yamaha Motors, and Honda Siel cars besides others.
